Ingredients:
- 250gms Sweet corn,
- 1 onion finely chopped,
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder,
- 1/2 tsp chat masala,
- Salt to taste,
- 2 tbsp butter (omit for a low calorie snack).
Method:
1. Boil sweet corn for approximately 10 mins on slow flame (peel the kernel)
2. Heat a pan, melt butter and add corn and saute for 2-3 minutes
3. Remove from flame and
a. add chat masala
b. Salt
c. Chili powder and mix well.
4. Take mixture in bowl and garnish with chopped onions and coriander
Note:
- Best serve hot
- If Mangos (Kairi/ Kaccha Aam) are available then cut finely without skin and add to garnishing.
